To mantain the normal condition of the body,physical exercise is of prime importance. Rest means rust.The main cause of weakness is physical inactivity.

DON'TS
(I)..Don't go for exercise after heavy meals.
(II)..Weak patients with diseases like cancer,tuberculosis,heart trouble,asthma should avoid heavy exercise and should seek professional guidance for exercise.
(III)..Its not advisable to be exhausted or seriously short of breath during exercise.
