HOW EXCESSIVE TEA KILLS YOU

Tea is widely consumed drink all over the world.Its stimulant and helps to get over the feeling of tiredness and fatigue. This leads to habbit of tea drinking.
Tea contains caffeine.Caffeine has a stimulative and restorative effect on nervous system.Thus short term relieving the feeling of fatigue is due to this stimulation.
Tea is prepared from the leaves of an evergreen shrub belonging to the Camellia family. The chemical composition of tea is as

HARMFUL EFFECTS
The main harmful effects of tea are due to presence of Caffeine,Tanin and aromatic oils.The way we prepare tea by boiling tea leaves with water makes it more harmful. More its boiled in water,the more injurious it becomes. The excessive consumption of tea causes health hazards like
KIDNEY AILMENTS:-
Dieursis(Frequent and excessive urination) is common and definite effect of excessive intake of tea.Thus robs the body of its fluid content.Due to excessive work kidneys may get demaged.Due to high content of oxalate tea may also promote kidney stones.
INDIGESTION:-
"Ptylene" an important enzyme of saliva is badly effected by the tanin found in the tea.Adding milk to tea can reduce its harmful effects on Ptylene.
Gas formation,delayed stomach digestion,diarrhea and constipation are the other harmful effects of excessive intake of tea.
PREMENSTRUAL SYNDROME:-
As per the research of Dr.Annette Rossignol,a woman who takes 1/2 to 4 cups of tea daily are twice at the risk of having premenstrual syndrome than non-tea drinkers.
Other harmful effects of excessive intake of tea include
+Dilation of coronary arteries.
+Decrease on carbon dioxide level in body.
+10-20% more heat production by body.
+Irritability and palpitations.
In order to maximize the harmful effects of tea,following method should be employed.
♡Boil water,pour it on tea leaves and keep it as such for 4-5 minutes.Pour this liquid in another pot.
♡Add sugar and milk.
♡Add mint and lemon grass(this helps to reduce the harmful effects of tea on stomach).
